I, or we _______________________________ hereby certify any unsold tickets, and all
money collected for tickets will be returned to Shogun Cagefighting Championships, LLC, at least ten days prior to the event
day listed above.
Payments to Shogun Cagefighting Championships, LLC are to be made by check or money
order, or by cash if payment is made in person. There will be a $25 returned check fee. The ticket agent must sell at least
10 tickets to receive a commission. The ticket agent accepts a commission of
15% of revenues from the tickets. Shogun Cagefighting Championships, LLC may specifically designate, in writing, certain individuals
to receive 20% commission on ticket sales for a specific event. The remaining 85% (or 80%) is the amount to be received by
Shogun Cagefighting Championships, LLC by the date stated above. Any tickets not returned by the deadline will result in a
forfeiture of agent’s commission.
Shogun Cagefighting Championships, LLC assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen
tickets. If tickets are lost or stolen, payment for the dollar value of those tickets will still be paid back to Shogun Cagefighting
Championships, LLC. Tickets are sent to agents via certified mail (which requires
the agent’s signature). This contract will become valid upon agent’s
signature of receiving the tickets.
Shogun Cagefighting Championships, LLC, will assume any unreturned tickets have been
sold, and will expect payment for tickets which are not returned by the 10 day deadline.
If payment is not received for all unreturned tickets, Shogun Cagefighting Championships, LLC will pursue prosecution
for theft, to the fullest extent of the law!
If payment from the ticket agent is denied to Shogun Cagefighting Championships, LLC,
this agent will also be sued in a civil court in Lebanon, Tennessee. All lost revenue from denied payment, along with court fees, attorney fees and damages
(including lost wages), to Shogun Cagefighting Championships, LLC, will be compensated into the lawsuit. Any payments not received after a 14-day period from the due date will be charged a penalty in the form
of interest that will be charged at 5% per day.
I fully understand
the terms of this agreement and agree to the penalties if I default on payment after said terms.
